The jump

From the top platform of the 25 m Millenniumswarte: the first 5 metres in free fall, then the bungee rope catches you and springs you gently back — adrenaline & goosebumps. At the highest point of the Hirschenkogel (1,340 m), right next to the top station & ropes park; perfect to combine with climbing, the mountain cart or a stop at the Liechtensteinhaus.

Requirements

Minimum age 14; under 18 only with parental consent. Good health required; body weight between 20 and 120 kg. Sturdy shoes & sporty clothing recommended. Reservation recommended especially on weekends & for groups — spontaneous jumps possible if capacity allows.

Jump times

At busy times the jump runs only at fixed times: 10 am, noon, 2 pm and 3:50 pm.

Millenniumswarte — the view

The wooden tower (a.k.a. Dr.-Erwin-Pröll-Warte) from 1999: 30.5 m tall, 155 steps, viewing platform at 25 m. On a clear day the view reaches from the Semmering-Rax massif across the Vienna basin to Burgenland, Lake Neusiedl and Hungary. Especially beautiful: the summer sunrise. In winter the tower is closed.
