High above the Semmering, reachable only by cable car or on foot: the Liechtensteinhaus at 1,340 m. In summer the large sun terrace overlooking Rax, Schneeberg & Wechsel, in winter the cosy parlour right by the slope — regional cuisine, homemade cakes and panorama wherever you look.

How does it work in winter?

In winter there’s a cosy self-service parlour — the perfect stop while tobogganing or skiing.

Does it work for school classes?

Very well indeed: a school & kindergarten menu at €10.50 per child including a drink; intolerances and allergies are catered for if announced in advance.

How many guests can groups and parties bring?

Up to 300 guests — with dedicated group menus, such as the popular Pfandl meal for a proper hut evening.
