Accessibility statement

We strive to make this website accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the European Accessibility Act.

Already implemented

Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, alternative texts for meaningful images, full keyboard operability, responsive design for mobile, tablet & desktop, bilingual content (DE/EN) and respect for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion) — background videos are then not played.

Known limitations

Some text/background combinations (light type over images, secondary text in grey) do not yet consistently meet WCAG AA contrast values — this is being revised. Embedded third-party services (Axess ticket shop, Panoee 360° tour, YouTube) are subject to the accessibility of the respective providers. Some PDF documents (price lists, maps) are not yet fully accessible — this is being remedied.
