Frequent questions
Are e-bikes allowed on the trails?
Yes — e-MTBs are allowed on the trails. Charging stations are at the valley station.
Is the bikepark suitable for beginners?
Yes — the family lines and easy trails are open from age 8. In total there are 14 tracks over 18 km across every difficulty level, from family to pro/downhill.
Which ticket do I need for the trails?
There are day and season tickets including the gondola. If you skip the lift, you only pay the bike-trail entry: €14 adults, €13 youth/seniors, €11 children.
Is the Gravity Card valid at Semmering?
Yes, Bikepark Semmering is part of the Gravity Card — 20+ bike parks on a single pass.
Can I hire a bike on site?
Yes — bike rental, shop and workshop are right at the valley station (Alpincenter & Sport 2000 Puschi), including bikes and helmets.
What do minors need to ride?
Minors need a parental consent form — and, as for everyone, a helmet is mandatory throughout the park.
Is there any servicing for my own bike?
Yes: a free bike wash, a self-service repair and tune station, an on-site workshop and e-bike charging points at the valley station.
When is the bikepark open?
The trails follow the summer lift hours: core season 18 June to 6 September daily 9 am – 5 pm, plus selected days (mostly Thu–Sun) in the shoulder season.
How does my bike get up the mountain?
The easy way — bikes (e-MTBs included) simply travel up in the gondola with you.
What is the Zauberberg bike club?
The Zauberberg sports club: membership is €15 in year one, then €10 a year — in return you get free bike training sessions, events and the chance to marshal right beside the racing.
Which bike events are on in 2026?
2026 is the anniversary season — 20 years of the bikepark. On top come the iXS Downhill Race (annually in June) and the Austrian Gravity Series.
