1913 Opened by hotelier Josef Deisinger — at the height of the Semmering summer-retreat era.
1946 Reopened after the war — requisitioned as a military hospital in WWII.
2012 Run by the Artis hotel group.
today Sporthotel am Semmering Betriebs GmbH — sister company of the Hirschenkogel cable cars. With the historic panorama pavilion, open to all guests.

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival; after that, or for no-shows, the full price is due. Groups: separate terms (free up to 28 days before arrival).
How far is the hotel from the gondola?
